After RTS Transit refused to let me in the bathroom, told me to go down the street to a local bodega, who told me there were no public restrooms, then sent me to World Wide News, who told me to piss in the bushes (I’m AFAB and have my period) sent to another location who also told me to piss in the bushes on my period, I ran to Roc Co Co, where a very lovely person was quite understanding, kind and considerate. If I had money to buy a coffee from them I will, definitely next time!! I did not get their name but they had shoulder length curly brown hair. Excellent customer service will definitely be getting my business in the future

Great staff, great atmosphere, and even better that they're coffee and syrups are fantastic. I got the caramel cappuccino. It's truly an amazing coffee. I love the building, Mercantile, and the atmosphere of the entire space is great. But confusing entering but once you realize it is just a shared merchant space you walk into you will be fine. There is a map when you enter but just walk in and you will see their sign and booth. The staff was very polite and quite helpful. The caramel sauce they use is great. Well worth the addition to your drink. My wife ordered almond milk and chocolate syrup in her cappuccino. They asked immediately if she had any dairy allergies and when she said yes they double checked for themselves that the sauce was dairy free. Very nice. We came right before noon when there was a bit of a lunch rush after us but we were able to get a seat. It was quiet but at noon it got somewhat noisy but perfectly acceptable lunch levels as the space has great acoustics.

I've never had food there, so my 5 stars is strictly for their brews and reasonable pricing for the (I'm sure) delicious stuff to nosh on there. But the takeaway here is that the coffee is top-notch, people! The commissary itself is a unique and cool group to support in and of itself, so that alone is a reason to check RoCoCo out. And for goodness' sake, ditch that muddy water in your office (come on, you need like 3 of those little creamers just to make that stuff palatable) and take your well-deserved coffee break at RoCoCo instead.

I like to treat myself to their lattes every Thursday morning! Their espresso is delicious and they don’t over heat the beans. They also have homemade syrups! Tastes better than Starbucks and is pretty much the same price. I think the employees are wonderful! The woman who makes my drink every Thursday is so sweet, conversational, and great at her job! My favorite spot to get coffee before work!

Excellent lattes; the specialty flavors are house made. You can taste the sage in the maple sage latte, it’s so good! Pumpkin pie latte is good too. There’s public wifi and a comfy couch and chair, plus a mini library and lots of table seating.

Cute little place inside the renovated Sibley Square space. The service was quick and everyone was cheerful. The space is bright and clean and happy. I got a chai latte with almond milk and it was perfect, not too sweet. And they have cronuts which are amazing, got get one
